Garbanzo beans, Pois Chiche, Hummus, Kabuli Chana, Bengal Gram, Chana.

Outer beige color. Available in sizes: 12mm, 9mm, 8mm, 7mm, or mixed. Whole green peas which are husked and processed to be split in two, resulting in a 4.0–5.0mm dark green cotyledon — softer and easier to cook. Often used in soups, casseroles and in place of lentils.
